Technics SL-1300G Grand Class Direct Drive Turntable

Technics SL-1300G Grand Class Direct Drive Turntable: Hi-Fi turntable with ΔΣ-Delta Sigma Drive, a novel motor drive technique that produces less vibration and excellent rotational accuracy. Even better sound quality is guaranteed by the turntable's redesigned motor, three-layer platter, and highly sturdy frame.

ΔΣ-Drive (Delta Sigma Drive), Motor-Drive System

Discover an unparalleled level of audio accuracy with the ΔΣ-Drive, an advanced device that utilizes Technics' proficiency in PWM signal processing. Rich musical reproduction is ensured by the drive's suppression of motor vibrations in addition to its reduction of harmonics. This results in a smoother, more precise rotation.

Elevated Balance Modification

Uneven turntable weight distribution results in excessive vibration or noise during spinning, which lowers the quality of sound. Thus, after the turntable is completed, the balance of each individual component is adjusted at the factory using specialized high-precision balance adjustment equipment. A sticker that reads "BALANCED" is placed on turntables that have undergone adjustment to signify that the turntables have been adjusted.

Silent-operating Circuit

Less ripple and buzzing as well as a stable supply capacity are ensured by using a high-speed switching power supply. When a turntable is powered by a switching power supply, it becomes unnecessary to need a big transformer and take precautions against the resulting mechanical vibrations. An above-100 kHz switching frequency reduces the noise floor on the music playback bandwidth.
